Please be aware that these measurements could differ by a few cm or inches due to the nature of the pillow's filling. The pillow is filled to a degree that allows you to adjust it to your desired firmness by tying the knot as preferred.

Pillow case:

- 5 % Spandex
- The outer covers are machine washable (40°C / 104°F). Hang to dry, do not tumble dry.
Inner pillow:
- 100% polyester
- Filling: EPS - expanded polystyrene beads
- The inner pillow should never be washed in the washing machine. Removing spots on the inner pillow can be best done with a damp towel.
Please note that the inner pillows are intentionally not filled to full capacity to allow for customizable firmness. Over time, the microbeads inside may experience slight compression or flattening due to the collapse of small air pockets, which is a normal occurrence for products with similar beads. Typically, a 5-15% reduction in volume happens over the course of a year with regular use.

Had an old body pillow from Ikea. Upgraded to this pillow and I love it. The small "beads" idea is next level. Remember the good old days, how I loved throwing myself at the bean bags and chilling for hours. Was so comfortable and I had that exact same feeling all night with this pillow.
